RYAN: This is the thing about the prophetic anointing. It’s an invitation into the secret place! When we ask God for greater prophetic anointing, we’re asking Him for a greater stewardship of the mysteries! Revival in this hour and awakening in this hour is going to be the result of stewarding the mysteries. I want to read to you Luke 1:17. The Lord has shown me that it is the prophetic mantle. And when I say that, I’m not talking about prophets, because that’s an office. But do you know there’s a mantle, there’s a prophetic spirit that can be unlocked on all of us! I like to say to people we are hard-wired to hear from God! Romans 8:14 did not say as many as are prophets are led by the Spirit of God! Romans 8:14 did not say as many as are evangelists are led by the Spirit of God! It said as many as are sons! In other words with our son-ship and our daughterhood there comes a privilege of invitation, to intimacy and to revelation! And God has hard-wired us to hear from heaven but we’ve got to understand the voice of God speaks in the multiplicity of ways! It’s the voice, of many, waters! God can speak through a picture! God can speak through an inner-knowing! God can speak through a dream or a revelation! People say well I’m not hearing from God but the reality is we’re always hearing from God! We’re just not tuned into the right frequency!

 

AUDIENCE: Amen. Amen.

 

RYAN: Lord, tune us into the frequency of heaven! Amen?

 

AUDIENCE: Amen!

 

RYAN: Tune us into that frequency!

 

AUDIENCE: Yes.

 

RYAN: Luke 1 and 17 says: It is he who will go as a forerunner. The Lord is raising up forerunners in this hour! He will go as a forerunner before Him in the spirit, and power of Elijah to turn the hearts of the fathers back to the children. And the disobedient to the attitude of the righteous, to make ready a people prepared for the Lord! God is sending us on preparation missions to open up atmosphere’s, to unlock atmospheres! We need to take upon us a prophetic mantle that whether we’re a soccer mom, whether we’re a businessperson, whether we are a political leader, whether we are, whatever we are in the kingdom. That we are first and furthermost, the sons and the daughters of the living God. And exploit’s come through the sons and the daughters of the living God! We have an anointing that abides on the inside of us, and it’s not an anointing to preach or prophesy. It’s an anointing to be a son or a daughter. And we can heal the sick and raise the dead, as sons and daughters. But the Lord is sending us with a forerunner mantle! We need to be forerunners in our homes, and prophesy my home is a place of peace! My home is a place of shalom! We need to be forerunners in our churches! And don’t go in there and say, “Well, it’s got this problem and it’s got that problem.” But go in there and begin to speak revival. And I prophesy revival is coming to this church! I speak the blessing of God! I speak the glory of God that we begin to take our words as Isaiah 22:22 keys and unlock realms by the declarations of God!

 

AUDIENCE: Yes! [CLAPPING]

 

RYAN: We need to become divine declarers!

 

AUDIENCE: [CLAPPING]

 

RYAN: See what you decree. Job said, “Decree a thing, and it shall be established!”

 

AUDIENCE: Yes!

RYAN: What you decree is what shall be established! Well, I’m just am walking in such turmoil all the time. Change that declaration and begin to decree something!

 

AUDIENCE: C’mon! Yes!

 

RYAN: The prophetic spirit is a forerunner anointing! I was in prayer one day, and I had this crazy vision, I want to talk to you about. And it’ll really help you, especially those being mentored to come into alignment with the Word of the Lord for this hour. I began to see this globe. Any of you ever seen those? I love globes. I love to collect globes. Have you ever seen those globes on a big stand?

 

AUDIENCE: Yeah.

 

RYAN: I began to see this globe and on top of it were fires coming up everywhere! [speaking in tongues] Oh I just hear the Lord say get ready to burn!

 

AUDIENCE: Yes.

 

RYAN: Get ready to burn! This is a season of the wild raging wildfires of revival! This is not a season of a controlled burn. God hasn’t called us to be a fireplace. God’s called us to be an eruptive force in the earth to be reckoned with!

 

AUDIENCE: Yes! Praise the Lord!

 

RYAN: And I began to see this globe with these fires and I said, God, “What is this? It sent me on a two-year prayer journey, and it reformed and changed my thinking totally and opened me up to see something that I’d never seen before! He spoke to me at the end of that couple of years of seeking and He said what you’re seeing are revival hubs. They are headquarters of the move that is coming in this hour! And He said there’s a move coming forth in this hour that will not be contained in one place but there’s an invitation for the forerunners, the Luke 1:17 people, to begin to prophesy in cities and regions. I meet people and they say well we’ve got a word that Charlotte’s going to be the epicenter. And then someone else will say we’ve got a word that Los Angeles is going to be the epicenter! Well, I came to tell you that Gods raising the hubs in this hour and there are going to be multiple epicenters of revival as wherever the kingdom is being hosted the prevailing power of God is going to come!

 

AUDIENCE: [CLAPPING]

 

RYAN: But God is reforming our thinking! One of the primary markers of these revival hubs is they exist to host the Presence! We are moving into a Presence-driven era! We are moving into a Presence-driven time where God is teaching us to value, to capture and to release His Presence! Whether it’s in signs and wonders, whether it’s in preaching, whether it’s in prophesying the presence of the Lord can come in many different ways! We are called to be people of presence!

 

AUDIENCE: Hallelujah!

 

RYAN: I love this scripture in Isaiah 64. To me, this is if you ask me a go-to revival scripture it’d be this. Isaiah 64:1: Oh, that You would rend the heavens and come down! This is our cry! God, we want that manifest presence to come down! That healing and miracle-working presence to come down! We don’t want to hear what You did in the last generation! We want to unlock the destiny of this generation and move with God!

 

AUDIENCE: [CLAPPING]

 

RYAN: We want the heavens to come down crashing on earth! We want the kingdom crashing down on cancer! We want the kingdom crashing down on oppression! We want the kingdom crashing down on confusion! God is waiting for epicenters of revival and kingdom authority to be raised up in this hour!

 

AUDIENCE: Yes!

 

RYAN: Your home can be an epicenter! Your business can be an epicenter! It says: As the fire kindles the brushwood and causes the water to boil, the temperatures increasing in this hour, to make Your name known to Your adversaries that the nations may tremble at Your presence! There’s a realm of fire God wants to bring that causes the lost to tremble under the glory of God!

 

AUDIENCE: Yes.

 

RYAN: We don’t even have much of the Church trembling under the glory of God. I asked the Lord. Lord, it disturbs me that I see these meetings that we’re labeling as revival and people aren’t getting saved! I need You to talk to me about this and the Lord said the Church has abandoned its oil. And He said there’s going to be a major movement of restoring the oil to the Church before they can then go and anoint the nations. And so the Church is going to get the trembling of revival and the glory of God back so that we can then go after the nations. Right now we’re going out with the empty words and God is pouring fresh oil in our lamps! God is pouring the oil of revival into our lamps! Amen, He said: You did awesome things we did not expect. You came down and the mountains quaked at Your presence. Now one of the things that have to be present to unlock the move of God in a revival hub is there’s got to someone has to go on what I call prophetic discovery. The spirit of the prophet and prophetic mantle is a forerunner. It lives out ahead of time and so God invites you to discover what exists in the realm of the Spirit. Prophetic is discovery! In Genesis 1 we get this picture of the Spirit of God is hovering over the face of the deep. The word hovered there it means fluttered. It means intimate! It’s in a birthing type of situation that God is getting ready to birth something! And He’s hovering over that cooperating with the Father and then the Word of the Lord begins to be spoken! And the Lord said to me I’m raising up a prophetic people to discover what is hovering over a region! One of the things I believe God is doing is He’s causing us no longer to just prophesy to people, well still do that, but to prophesy into atmosphere’s and regions to discover what is hovering! I go to so many regions and they can tell me every principality. They can tell me every demon and I’m a warfare person, I believe in that, but I want to know what is Word of the Lord hovering What’s the Word hovering over you What’s the Word hovering over your family You can’t partner with what you have not identified and so I just say unto you right now to be raised up that you are hard-wired to hear from God! I say unto you in the name of Jesus that Abba Father loves you and He’s placing upon you the spirit of wisdom and revelation. And I call your eyes open to see the plans and the exploits of the Lord! I call your ears open to hear the instructions and I say Lord raise up the forerunners in this hour in Jesus name! Amen Raise them up!

AUDIENCE: Woo! Woo! (APPLAUSE)

 

HAKEEM: I want to begin to talk about the power of the spoken word. I want to begin to give us an understanding of what the Bible talks about the power of the spoken word. The Bible says that there is life and death in the power of our tongue. We have to understand that within us we have the ability to change and to shape and to reshape things. A lot of things happen in our lives is because something’s maybe cause when we spoke. Sometimes you know when you’re speaking and sometimes when you’re angry things just come flying out and sometimes it’s hard to get it right back. You know you ever said some things that you didn’t really mean at the time or because you were upset it just came out? And I believe that we have to become stewards and become more conscious of what we speak because we can change things. We can alter things. The Bible allows us to understand if there is life and death in the power of the tongue then that means that we can speak life to a situation or we have the ability to speak death to a situation. I believe that we are in an hour where God is releasing the prophetic anointing and causing the prophetic power to be released through voices. I believe that it’s not for one individual, one person but God is raising up a prophetic people that will carry the Word of God in their mouths. Some of us sometimes don’t even like the way we sound. Some of us may not even like our own voice. Because one voice may be high-pitched. Some voice may be too deep. But God wants to use your unique voice.

 

AUDIENCE: Yes.

 

HAKEEM: God wants to use you and be the voice and be the vessel that can bring life to a dead situation. I’m reminded of Ezekiel when Ezekiel, in Ezekiel chapter 37, God sent him and took him up in vision in a place where there was dry and brittle and scattered bones. He took him in a vision and put him in a landscape where there were all these bones. Can you imagine God taking you in a vision and He takes you into a graveyard but there’s no, there’s no tombstones, there’s just bones that are broken and that are scattered. And God was showing Ezekiel this condition of the church or more so of Israel. He wanted to show them something so Ezekiel had to have the heart of God. He had to see the condition. And what God is saying in this hour is He going to show you the conditions of some things. Usually I always say your holy frustration or dissatisfaction is the greatest vehicle that God will use for your ministry! What frustrates you, what angers you, what makes you mad is the area that God is calling you to. Some of us may have even missed the call cause we’re just happy.

 

AUDIENCE: (LAUGHTER)

 

HAKEEM: But God is looking for somebody that can be a little angry, angry at what’s going on in the world.

 

AUDIENCE: Amen!

 

HAKEEM: Angry at what society is saying. While we’re waiting for society and government to change things but it can be in your mouth. The change that you’re looking for is in you!

 

AUDIENCE: Amen! (CLAPPING)

HAKEEM: The next move of God is not coming from the world. The next move of God is in you! God put in us treasures in earthen vessels and He has given us purpose and He has given us destiny. But He is allowing us to discover and rediscover what those gifts are. Some of us say you know what? I’m too old right now. I can’t fulfill this call. Well ask Abraham and Sarah.

 

AUDIENCE: (LAUGHER AND CLAPPING)

 

HAKEEM: I’m too old. I can’t birth out this ministry or birth out this calling or this business. Well ask Sarah. Sarah laughed at what God placed within her cause she did not believe. I believe that God wants to change our paradigms, change our perspective, change our worldview of how we see ourselves and use the power of the spoken word to change things. And if you want to see change and if you want to see things turn around you have to speak it! He’s put it in our mouths. I like what the scripture says in Hebrews 11, verse 3. It says By faith we understand that the universe was formed at God’s command so that what is seen was not made out of the invisible, excuse me, the visible. In other words we have to understand that it was faith that caused the world to be framed. In other words we have to understand by faith that God created things into existence. In other words God wanted, God had a picture for your life. But He wanted to frame it so He had to speak it. So He framed your life by what He knows about you. So He had to speak it so by faith we understand that the universe was formed by God’s command. God has placed that same spirit, the same spirit that raised Jesus from the dead how many of you know this on the inside of you?

 

AUDIENCE: Yes.

 

HAKEEM:    If that same spirit is on the inside of you then you have the ability and the power by the spoken word to change any situation! It does not matter what the doctor report says. It does not matter what your family or those who may not agree with you says. It’s all about what God says about you and He wants to raise your level of understanding and awareness and see from His lens and see from heaven’s perspective and when we begin to see from heaven’s view what God thinks I believe we can change the world. I believe we can shake the nations! I believe that we can be conduits of God’s glory! I believe there is a supernatural dimension when we speak things! Can you imagine this, even those who are watching, can you imagine if you’ll just speak things into existence then things will begin to start happening! Sickness is only because of ignorance I always say. You know it’s not devils and demons. It’s ignorance! What is robbing the Church is her understanding of who she is.

 

AUDIENCE: Exactly!

 

HAKEEM: What’s robbing our, us from moving into the purpose of God and moving into our full potential and to maximize that full potential is ignorance. Sickness, yes it exists. That’s why we need healing agents like you. Poverty exists, yes. But we need those that can speak prosperity. That can speak those things that be not as though they are. And we have the creative ability in the same spirit that resides on the inside of us. And we can create and change our world. It’s biblically it’s supported. Then why are we shutting our mouths? Why are we so silent about things? I believe in this hour God is going to raise up a holy discontentment. He’s going to raise up a holy dissatisfaction where now you’re not going to sit back and just wait for God to do it. God says you know what? I’m waiting on you!

 

AUDIENCE: Mm.

HAKEEM: We’re praying and asking God to make things happen. And yes He will! He’s sovereign. But we have to partner with heaven and begin to hear from heaven and once we hear from heaven we can release it through our mouths!

 

AUDIENCE: Hallelujah!

 

HAKEEM: We can release heavenly decrees if we are seated in heavenly places with Christ Jesus that means that we can be seated right here, those who are watching in your living room, those who are watching you can be seated in this dimension and can ascend to the heavenly places because we are seated there with Christ! Once we know and have that revelation by faith that we are seated, that means that we have the best of two worlds! We can be in this dimension and ascend and sit on papa’s lap and He can show us the blueprint of our lives. He can show us what is ahead. That’s where God is going to begin I believe is going to open up our prophetic senses, allow us to see into the heavenly realm. We’re going to begin not only to see. Even Jesus said I say what I hear the Father saying. He said I do what I see Him doing. This is a principle not for those in the first century. This is a New Testament truth and revelation that you as believers can see in the heavenly realm and see what the Father is doing. In other words there is a blueprint, there is a template for your life that God wants you to get a glimpse of. No longer our prophecies or no longer our dreams will be dreams, no longer they will be a type and a shadow but we will live in the reality of it! We will become our prophecy. We will manifest. Jesus was the, He came in the volume of the book that was written of Him. Right?

 

AUDIENCE: Yeah.

JOHN: JOHN BEVERE

SID:  I am going to take this wonderful opportunity to ask a couple of questions to John Bevere that I’ve really wanted to hear from him the answers. John, you said something when I interviewed you on television. You said there was a season in your life where you were praying in the Holy Spirit two hours every day. But then you made a switch and tell me what the switch was and the results that happened.

 

JOHN: The switch was, I kept, if I’m, if I’m remembering, I’m going back to our radio interview. I was praying everyday ‘God use me.’ Use me to win multitudes to Jesus, use me to cast out demons, use me to heal the sick people, use me to restore people’s lives, restore marriages. And I was praying this way for years. And one day the Holy Spirit spoke to me and He said, ‘Your prayers are off.’ And I said, ‘What!’ He said, ‘Your prayer are off target.’ And I said I’m asking you to use me win multitudes to Jesus, to heal people, to heal marriages, to heal bodies. How can they be off? And He said this to me, He said, ‘Judas cast our devils, Judas healed the sick, Judas preached repentance, Judas led people to me,’ because when He sent the 12 out He sent the 12 out. He said, ‘Judas left everything he had to follow me.’ He said, ‘Judas is in hell.’

 

SID:  Uh!!

 

JOHN: When He said that to me, I literally started trembling inside. I said, ‘Then what should I be praying?’ And then He said to me, ‘What Paul prayed: that I might know Him.’ And so those who know their God will be strong and do exploits. So He said, ‘You can use me.’ He said, ‘I don’t use people. I transform them into the image of My son.’

 

AUDIENCE:  Mmmm, huh!

 

JOHN:            I mean can you just see me coming into my, or my wife coming in to me and saying, ‘John, use me to make babies for you! (pleading) I want to make babies, Ohhh, I want to make babies. Give me babies or I’m going to die!

 

SID:  Ha!

 

AUDIENCE:  (LAUGHTER)

 

JOHN:   Okay, so what would I look at my wife and say? Oh my gosh, who did I marry! Okay? (Sid and audience laugh) But we’re intimate and out of our intimacy came four really great boys. And He said, ‘I want you intimate with me.’ So my whole prayer started changing. ‘God, I want to know You intimately. I want to know You intimately. I want to know You like You know me.’ Well you know what’s interesting? This was back in 1984-85. And in this time period when I started changing my prayer, I started getting free. I was bound to pornography and here I was in the ministry. And I asked Lester Sumrall to pray for me. I opened up to him, I said, ‘I’m bound, will you pray for me?’ He prayed a very strong prayer and nothing happened.  Nine months later I’m on a four day fast, and May the 6st, 1985 I get completely delivered from pornography. Okay? So I’m walking in my freedom a couple a years and I said to God, I said, ‘I don’t get it.’ I mean I humbled myself. I asked one of the strongest men of God I know on the planet to get me delivered, and I don’t get delivered. And then nine months later I’m on this fast and I get delivered.     And the Lord showed me that what I was praying, I was praying that ‘God use me, God use me’ and I was afraid that pornography was going to keep me to the preaching ministry I know I was called to. He said, ‘But then you changed your prayers and you said I want to know you, I want to know you intimately. And He said, ‘You had sorrow, but your sorrow was worldly when you opened up with Dr. Sumrall.’  He said, ‘Nine months later your sorrow was godly because your heart was breaking because you knew your sin was breaking My heart.’ So if you look at the difference you can see it in two kings. Saul says, ‘I’ve sinned, I’ve sinned.’ But he’s embarrassed, so he says ‘Now honor me by worshipping with me in front of my elders.’ You’ve embarrassed me in front of my elders. David, when he gets nailed, falls on his face and said ‘I have sinned and against You only I have sinned.’ He couldn’t care less what his elders thought. So that’s the difference between worldly sorrow and godly sorrow. Godly sorrow the focus is on Him, worldly sorrow the focus is on what’s going to happen to me. And when we pray that we can know Him intimately, that we can please Him the best a man or woman can please Him, now it’s all about this relationship over everything else and that’s what pleases the heart of God. See Psalm 89, verse 7 says:  “God is to be greatly feared in the assembly of the saints, and to be held in reverence by all those who surround him.” So you’ll never find the presence God in an atmosphere where He’s not held in the utmost of respect. I remember when I learned this experientially. Back in 1996, I was asked to speak in Brazil, the nation of Brazil. There were thousands of people at this conference, it was a national conference. I’m the Friday night speaker. They drive me to the auditorium. There’s cars parked everywhere. And as I come into the auditorium I can hear the worship coming from the inside of the building. Because in their big auditoriums down there, if they have a ceiling on it, there’s like a six foot gap between the upper wall and the ceiling, and it’s for air ventilation but you can hear what’s going on inside. So they walk me in, they put me on the platform. There’s not a seat open anywhere. Thousands of Brazilians, right? So there’s no presence of God. There’s no presence of God in the whole auditorium. Now when I say this Sid, as we know there are 2 types of the presence of God. There is the “omnipresence” of God. That is where David said ‘where can I go from your presence? If I go to the highest mountain you’re there, if I make my bed in the lowest valley you’re there.” That’s the presence of God that says ‘I’ll never leave you nor forsake you.’ That’s the omnipresence of God. The other presence of God the Bible speaks about is the “manifest presence” of God. “Manifest” is to bring from the unseen into the realm of the seen, the unheard into the realm of the heard, the unknown into the realm of the known. It’s when God reveals Himself to our senses. Okay? That is a very real experience in Christianity.   Jesus said, ‘I will manifest Myself to you,’ right? So that presence was totally void in that, and I’m sitting there going ‘this is a believer’s conference.’ Place is packed, best worship leaders in the nation, why is there no presence!? So I asked the Lord, I said, ‘God, why is there no presence?’ And all of a sudden God open up my eyes and I’m lookin’ at the people. And they’re standin’ there with their hands in their pocket lookin’ around like this, they got their arms crossed lookin’ down like this, they’re whispering to one another, they’re fumblin’ through their purses, and they’re walking in and out of this auditorium getting concession stand stuff, okay,

 

SID:  It’s like going to a football game!

 

JOHN: Yeah! So I’m sittin’ there goin’ ‘this’ll calm down.’ Well it doesn’t! They get through with the praise and worship and the leader comes up and starts reading out of the Bible. I’m still seein’ people sittin’ there lookin’ around, people lookin’ down like this, people are whispering to one another, and you can actually hear ‘em mutter from the people whispering to one another. Now I’m angry, okay? I mean I am really angry. So they introduce me. First time I’ve ever spoken in Brazil, 1996, publically. I walk up, I walked up to the podium with my interpreter right beside me. And I just put my elbow on the podium and I just sat there and stared at ‘em and didn’t say a word. Now, now, now picture this, okay? Friday night, national conference, the guest speaker’s introduced and he’s just glaring at you for 45 seconds!

 

SID:  Not too cool!

 

JOHN:             That gets people’s attention, right! So when I knew every eye in the whole auditorium was on me, this is the first words in public I’ve ever said in Brazil, I said I have two questions. Question number one: you’re sitting across the table talking to somebody and the whole time you’re talking to them they got their hands in their pocket lookin’ around like this, or they’re lookin’ down like this, or they’re whispering to somebody sitting beside them, next to them at the table. I said, ‘Will you continue to talk to them?’

 

SID:  No.

 

JOHN: They said, ‘No,’ right. I said, ‘What if every time I go,  you go over to somebody’s house and you knock on their door and they open up the door and they go, ‘Oh, it’s you, again. Come in.’ I said, ‘Will you continue to go to that house?’ They went, ‘No.’ So I said, ‘I’ve been in this auditorium for an hour and a half and I have, or an hour, and I have not felt one ounce of the presence of God.’ And I said the reason is He’ll never come into an atmosphere where He’s not held in the utmost of respect. I said if Pele you’re, well first of all I said if your President, the President of Brazil would have walked onto this platform tonight he would have gotten ten times the respect you gave the Holy Spirit. You, you would have listened to every word he said, you would have given him your attention. I said if Pele would have walked on, Pele’s the greatest soccer player ever in Brazil, would have walked on this, out on this platform, you would have been on the edge of your seats!
