TONY:  Those of you that don’t have pain but have a hip problem stand up, I’m going to pray for you. And Father, heal my sister of her knee problem also. Lord, she’s so humble she let everybody else go first. I release a gift of healing and miracles into her knee right now in Jesus name. Father, c’mon, stretch forth your hands, and if you’re next to one please lay hands on them, right now, lay hands on them. You guys begin to pray. Father, I speak miracles of healing into each hip right now in the name of Jesus. Be healed. Be well. You may be seated. Okay. All of you with back pain. Stand up right now. Oh trust me, you are here. Well, let’s go with in general, sometimes… but we’re going to start with the people who are in pain right now because if you’ve ever been in pain you want to, you want to be delivered right now. Those of you who are in pain right now from back problems, I don’t care how severe it is, raise your hand. Raise it up. Keep it up. Look at me. Are you ready? What’s your back problem, real quick? Slipped disc? Uh, would you like a new disc? Would you receive a new disc right now? Close your eyes. Tell me when the pain is gone. In the name of Jesus I suspend time. I command the old disc disappear. I call from the third heaven a brand new disc. Let it be put in her body now. I command the pain and the reason for the pain go now. I speak to the spine, be healed. Three, two, one. (waiting)  I think she got it!

TONY:  Who else is in pain here? You’re in pain? Lower back or upper back?

WOMAN #5:  All of it.

TONY:  Come here. This should be interesting. Girl, how your neck doing?

WOMAN #6:  Neck is good.

TONY:  Neck is good! Stand up. Twist it. Turn it. Are you good?

WOMAN #6:  My neck is good, yeah.

TONY:  Was there someplace else that you needed to…

WOMAN #6:  My back is still…

TONY:  Right where? Right there? Pain is still there? I thought you said… What do want, what do you want to have happen? You want it to shift?

WOMAN #6:  Uh huh. Yeah.

TONY:  SHIFT! Let me know when you feel it moving. (waiting) Honest answer. Can you tell any difference? Honest answer!

WOMAN #6:  I’m looser than I was. You know, because, I’m looser. Uh, but I never felt the spine shift.

TONY:  You never felt a shift but you’re looser.

WOMAN #6:  I’m looser, yeah. The stiffness is not.

TONY:  The… Father, let this thing gradually shift over into place… Lord, her neck feels better… Now do you still have pain there or is that gone?

WOMAN #6:  Yeah, that’s gone.

TONY:  The pain’s gone. So Father let it gradually shift over until it becomes straight in Jesus name. Give the Lord a hand clap. C’mon.

TONY:  Sit here. Lower back? No, no, no. No, no, no. I want you to see something! Oh yeah. Sit right here. Real quick. And then we’re going to shift again. Please, if you don’t mind.  …Oh yes. Okay. Come little sister. See. See her heels? You believe God’s going to do it now? Say “Lord, I thank you for doing it now.” Watch her heels. There it goes. It already starts to grow there. Are you ready? Tell me when all pain’s gone. God’s doing something right now. I release supernatural miracle healing oil into her spine now. I command the pain and the reason for the pain leave her body. Each place you feel pain disappear tell me. It’s less in your spine? That means God’s doing it. Now with some miracles, put the microphone up to my, thank you very much little sister. With some miracles of healing they’re instantaneous. Some are gradual. Okay? Look at somebody and say “Who cares how you get iota

TONY:  …”just as long as you get it.”

TOM: Yes, I am joking. And, uh, I’d better make that clear before Sid himself comes up here and throws me off of this stage.  Uh, all right, that’s funny. What I’m want to talk to you about, and I will, you’re going to have to make your ears hear me fast because to cover this amount of material there might be times when I talk a little bit fast which is kind of a bad habit I have, uh, anyway but I do want to talk to you about something now that is not so funny. I want to talk to you about the coming technological singularity, there’s a phrase. I want to talk to you about trans-humanism. I want to talk to you most specifically about the coming human enhancement revolution because, ladies and gentlemen, unknown to probably most people in the traditional churches today there is a war that is coming. And it’s worse than the “Terminator” movies. Literally around the world today, there are people who are dedicated, now we’re talking about from executive levels of governments on down, we’re talking about national leaders, military leaders, academia, uh, some of the world’s most famous philosophers. And they are committed to what can only be thought of as fulfilling the next step in human evolution.

I am talking about “trans-humanism.” Somebody said I should clarify what trans-humanism is. In a nutshell trans-humanism is the idea that we now hold it within our grasp to permanently alter, and in their mind for the betterment, the human race. We are going to brain machine-interface ourselves with strong artificial intelligence systems that may even allow us to communicate with God, they think, in ways that we can’t do right now just through the Holy Spirit and the Christian belief, uh, in redemption. We are going to at the germ line genetic level we are going to permanently undo DNA in humans as it has been understood and we are going to create a superior model. We are going to use genetics, robotics, artificial intelligence, nanotechnology, synthetic biology, neural pharmacology and a whole lot of other stuff that ends with the phrase “ology.” We are going to use those now to create what Hitler could have only dreamed of in his schemes around the Arian super race. What Nietzsche, the German philosopher, could only have imagined in his writings about the “ubermenschen,” the superhuman of tomorrow. And what you need to know first is this dream is no longer considered to be fringe.

From national laboratories on down, U.S. budgets this year, last year, the year before. There is a blueprint being devised. Your tax dollars are flowing in. In fact I spoke not long ago at the Ohio Science and Supernatural, you like that? Science and Supernatural, a blending of the two, which is of course a trans-humanist theme. I spoke at that conference and I went to Ohio fully convinced that the average Ohioan was unaware of how right there in their state in recent years the Case Western Reserve Law School had been the recipient of 700 and 73 thousand dollars from the NIH. The NIH is the largest department of its kind in the U.S. that gives your tax dollars for this kind of research. But why did they give, uh, Case Western Reserve Law School nearly a million dollars? It was so that this character, somewhere right here, Professor Maxwell Mehlman, the lead bio-ethicist at Case Western Reserve Law School, could lead a team of law professors, that’s very important, scientists, bio-ethicists, other interested and qualified parties for one purpose really, first of all to do this. For those of you that can’t read that I’ll read it for you. It says a 2-year project to develop standards for tests on human subjects in research that involves the use of genetic technologies to enhance normal individuals.

Sid: I have a brand new book in my hands “Seven Secrets to Power Praying” by Dr. Jane Glenchur. I have Jane on the telephone right now, and Jane is a dermatologist, a medical doctor, but she… You got saved before you went to medical school? Briefly how did that happen Jane?

Jane: Well I grew up in a denominational church and they did not teach about having a person relationship with the Lord; they didn’t believe in miracles or supernatural occurrences, so I had head knowledge but not heart knowledge of God. It was very easy to walk away from my faith in college and be talked out of my beliefs because it was simply head knowledge. But right before I was applying to medical school God got my attention and I had seen Pat and Shirley Boone talking about his new book called a “New Song” on television. I don’t even what they said I only remember was they was filled with a joy and peace that I didn’t have and I wanted it desperately. So I decided maybe if I read their book I would figure out why they had this joy and peace and how I could have that. And it was in the middle of that book where I heard an inner audible voice of the Lord say “Chose today whom you will serve.” I’m not even sure I understood that I was hearing God’s voice, but I answered and said “I don’t want to choose I want to control my life I don’t want to go to church on Sunday I’ll get religious when I’m older.” And then I went back to reading the book but I couldn’t read the book because that inner quiet voice said “Choose today whom you’ll serve.” And so I put the book down and I said “Well what do I believe? Well I believe that God created the universe it’s obvious from all the details and this couldn’t happen by chance but what do I believe about Jesus?” And that’s where God really convicted me that Jesus died. He rose from the dead, He gave us His Holy Spirit and I came to the conclusion that if I didn’t choose Jesus, I had really chosen by default to serve Satan and to be part of the, you know, Satan’s plan, the kingdom of darkness. I thought I didn’t want that and I do believe that Jesus died on the cross and rose. There’s enough historical evidence for that. So at that point I recommitted my life to Christ just as I was applying to medical school.

Sid: And from what I understand had you not done that whatever tiny bit of faith you had would have been drummed out of you at medical school am I right?

Jane: Yes.

Sid: Okay, then something spectacular in my opinion happened to you God spoke to you and told you after you had become a dermatologist, and obviously a profitable profession. You’re doing well and God tells you to quit work.

Jane: Yeah.

Sid: That must have been a shocker?!

Jane: (Laughing) To say the least.

Sid: I mean look at all you had to do to get to that point, all this education you know.

Jane: Yes. I spent 9 years training to be a dermatologist, and then 8 years practicing my profession and I was in a middle of a malpractice suit.

Sid: Oh wonderful. (Laughing)

Jane: Yes and we were you know planning our dream home at the same time. My mother lived with us I had in-home childcare I only worked part-time so it made no sense why I would have to stay at home to raise a family. In fact, before I even married my husband I said to him very emphatically “Don’t ever expect me to stay home to raise a family. I want to have children, but I have worked since I was 13 years old and I will never stop working so don’t expect me to be a stay at home mom.” So it was a shock when God put this burden on my heart and I began to wrestle with God over a 3 month period because I said “God this is the worst possible time.” My husband was not employed in his field of profession, he couldn’t find a job and he was working a temporary job at minimum wage so we couldn’t live on his income. I was really 90% of the income, I also had the medical and dental insurance. So on every aspect this made no sense whatsoever, but after 3 months of wrestling with God, God made it very clear. I prayed about it, I got wise counsel and I was finally convinced that this was God’s choice for me I said “Yes” and that started an incredible change in my life.

Sid: Well I mean you’re telling it very simple but that had to be… how did your husband go along with it? He’s making minimum wage forget your dream home; you got this big lawsuit going on. You said “God told me to quit work” and you’re the major wage earner. How did he handle that?

Jane: Well because we sought wise counsel and he was in on those conversations he went along with it; he wasn’t happy about it because here I had made this… emphatic statement “I will always work.”

Sid: Hmm.

Jane: And I had the brilliant idea that when I said “Yes” to God and when I quit, that… “Oh I figured this out that God will give my husband a spectacular job like within days or weeks of my quitting.” Well that didn’t happen it was another 18 months before he found work in his professional career. So it was very stressful.

Sid: Why do you now in retrospect why did God tell you to quit your job?

Jane: Well I had 2 young children at home and like I said my mother was caring for them. My daughter is adopted from Romania she had a number of medical and academic issues, learning issues that really needed fulltime attention. I didn’t realize that at the time we were taking her to various speech and language therapies, but I can see now that God had a future plan in my life which was really to teach me about affective ways to pray. I also knew since I was young that I was supposed to write but it never seemed the timing wasn’t right and I didn’t know what I was supposed to write about. So it was during this 16 years of being a stay at home mom that God got me involved in Bible studies, teaching Bible study, leading prayer groups and all of this you know ended up as the book that I wrote.

Sid: Tell me what happened to the lawsuit?

Jane: Oh well thankfully I submitted to God on that because I was really upset with God I received the lawsuit 2 weeks before the holidays Christmas holidays and I had prayed every single day “Lord please don’t ever let me get sued it’s a doctors worse nightmare.” When I finally accepted it from Him and said “God whatever it is you need to teach me through this lawsuit I’m going to start thanking You instead of complaining about it and fretting. So I started to say “Thank You God for the lawsuit, thank You for what Your teaching me” because it really drove me to the word. I had to read the word every single day on my knees at 5:30 in the morning before I even went into work or I couldn’t even function. So God had His way of capturing my attention through that lawsuit and that got me into the presence of the Lord so I was spending more time with Him and spending time in the word. And when I reached that point where I started thanking Him for the lawsuit and said “God teach me whatever it is” the lawsuit was dropped.

Sid: Now you use a phrase “You became an apprentice of prayer.”

Jane: Yeah.

Sid: What do you mean by that?

Jane: Well I felt like I was in a way in God’s laboratory of prayer even though at the time that I was learning these principals of how to pray with power, it just seemed like they were occurring as happenstance or serendipity. I would kind of just kind of discover them almost in quotes by accident but it was really in retrospect the Lord leading me to learn these principals. And because I was involved in intercessory prayer groups at my children’s school and at church, just God was capturing my attention and teaching me how to access his wisdom to receive supernatural answers to my prayers.

Sid: Now you are what is known as a prophetic intercessor. You have a seer anointing and many times when you’re praying for people you see what I believe is angelic activity you call it steaks of light. Tell me about, speaking of angels, tell me about the person that called you a friend that was desperate for a miracle.

Jane: Yes I got a phone call one day from a friend and she said “Jane I am desperate I need an answer to prayer within the next 15 minutes I can’t tell you what it’s about” and I knew her well enough to know that this was serious.” To this day I have no idea what it was about but I said “Okay let’s pray on the phone.” So as I am praying for her the Lord speaks to me in an inner quiet voice and says to me “Ask Me to send Michael.” Well I didn’t think that was okay to do that I thought I don’t think we’re supposed to pray that way so I ignored it. And I again heard this inner quiet voice say “Ask Me to send Michael.” I knew this friend well enough to say “I’m getting the most unusual request from God so I’m going to pray this.” I didn’t know if it would offend her or not “God’s telling to ask Michael to come to your aid.” So I said “Lord would you please send Michael and his angels to go to her home and resolve this issue quickly.” Well I saw in my minds eye this large imposing angel leading and army of angels behind him going down her street. So I said “You know I’m actually seeing this happen.” So we finished the prayer and I hung up. Well within 20 minutes she calls me back absolutely stunned and she said “The entire situation was resolved within 15 minutes.”

Sid: Now just out of curiosity when you say you saw a whole stream of angels did you see a vision what did you see?

Jane: Well it would be what we would call a closed vision my eyes are closed and I see a picture. Often when I see pictures they’re almost like movies. So I see them walking down her street, I can visualize her street, I could see this army of white robe angels coming down her street with Michael in the lead.

Sid: And how long did it take till she had the answer?

Jane: Oh, it was within the 15 minutes.

Sid: Look you can pray for me anytime you want! I’m serious but I’m also kidding. Let me ask you a very important lesson that you learned and that is you were shopping one day for carpet cleaner and this changed your prayer life forever.

Jane: Yes my daughter had spilled I assumed juice on our green carpet so I found this orange stain days latter so I didn’t want her to feel bad about it and I didn’t want to be upset so I said “God you know help me get this stain out of the carpet.” I went to a Big Box Store, it was early in the morning it was almost no one in the store. All those stain remover cans around the bottom shelf. So I got on my knees and I’m looking at them I read all the descriptions they all sounded wonderful, but I’m a little bit of a perfectionist. So I said “God which one would be the best?” Now I had never done this before but I had decided to experiment. We said I’m going to ask you about each can would you show me which one is the best. And so I closed my eyes and I put my hand on the first can and I said “God is this the right one?” I’m not even sure what I expected Him to do but nothing happened. And so I put my hand on the second one same thing no response. The third one, when I got to the fourth one I hear an outer audible voice say “That is the best stain remover.” And I’m stunned I almost wished there was a candid camera on my face because I’m thinking “Well it couldn’t be God it was a female voice well you know did I hear an angel?” So I hear it again “That is the best stain remover.” So I turned in the direction of the sound and two elderly white haired woman are walking down the aisle towards me. They never said a word to me directly but when they got behind me one of them said “For the third time that is the best stain remover.” And they went off know down into another aisle and I thought “Well they don’t look like angels but I’m going to buy this stain remover.” And it took the stain out very very quickly so I thought “Maybe I’ve discovered something here” and that really revolutionized my prayer life at that moment.

Sid: You know one of the things when we spoke earlier on the telephone you said something that really attracted my interest. From your medical view training you understand how the brain operates and most of us have heard there’s left brain people, there the real logical type people. And then there’s right brain people, they’re the ones the visionaries and the artist and the musicians but you said the people that learn how to lean on the right side of their brain open themselves up to the supernatural more, explain.

Jane: Well I had taken a class in watercolor and so that’s a creative hobby and I found myself very relaxed when I did something creative. And as I learned to hear God I found that when I was relaxed and not talking inside my head, not analyzing things I would be able to hear God better. And a friend had said to me “Jane you’ve got to stop listening in your head you have to start listening in your heart.” I didn’t really understand what that meant at the time but over time God showed me that if I would quiet myself or look at a picture if I would just quiet the brain talk, what I call brain chatter sometimes I would have to ask God “God would you quiet the left side of my brain and activate the right side of my brain,” by what I call flipping that switch to the right side. I could hear God more easily, I would see pictures more easily.

Sid: Did you see a difference when you did these things?

Jane: Oh yeah.

Sid: I’ll tell you what I have that particular problem myself and I want to hear a little bit more about it when we come back after the break….

Sid: Let me tell you something by the time you finish this week interview that I’m having between me and the Holy Spirit and you, you’re going to be red hot for the Messiah. I was just recently in Israel, I was at Samuel’s mountain. The prophet Samuel… let me tell you a story behind the Messianic Jewish sabra, native born Israeli, owns this property. You know how he got it, his father was one of the wealthiest men in Israel and he got disinherited when he became a believer in the Messiah. His father said “I have an idea if I give him this holy property maybe he’ll come back to the faith.” So he gave it to him and of course the intimacy of God was so strong there he became even a stronger Messianic Jew because on that mountain Samuel would train his prophets. He had what was called “The school of the prophets.” And he had a cave there and in this cave there’s a stream that is running and they asked if I wanted to go under the waters of mikvah in this stream. And something inside of me said “Yes.” So I put on bathing suit and I went under the water. And this is kind of a funny story. First of all let me tell you something, that water was coooold! And so I just gritted my teeth and when I came up they said “You have to do it again.” I said what?” You have to do it again, your hands, one of your hands didn’t go under the water. I’m using my hand to steady myself on the rocks you know it’s not like they do it in a nice swimming pool somewhere or baptismal where someone helps you. I was doing it myself. And so they made me go into the water again and I put my hand under, I stayed under just a little extra just to make up and I’ll tell you what I believe something spiritually transacted. Then he has olive trees on that land and he squeezed the olives and makes olive oil which I believe could had been on that land at the time Samuel was there. And he was going to anoint me with oil and I said “No don’t anoint me with oil this is my friend that owns the land, no don’t anoint me with oil pour the oil on me.” And he said “Well, people don’t ask for that but you’re going to get more than you bargained for Sid. So he poured that oil on me and then afterwards we went outside and we could see the whole landscape of Jerusalem from there. And he said “Here, why don’t you eat something and he pulls some figs from a fig tree and says “Here have some fresh ones.” And he gives me some figs to eat. And then he says “How about some grapes and he pulls some grapes from the grapevine.” And then “How about some tea” and he pulls some herbs out and he makes some tea. And it was so spiritually and physically, and mentally invigorating. I was just feeling so good.

Then I had my first outreach. It was in the Tiberias area. A couple had opened their house up to me and they said that they were going to invite some of their unsaved Jewish friends and some of their believing friends and before they knew it they didn’t have the 30 people they thought and that’s all their house could hold they had about 100 people. And so they had the meeting in their backyard. The yard was filled, I wish you could have been there with me it was at night the stars were out and I looked up at the stars and it was so clear and so beautiful. I could see the lights of Haifa from the distance and it was all open and the people were there. And I thought, “This must have been the way Yeshua did it” and I just go so… I wasn’t thinking about the people I was just thinking about Yeshua proclaiming the word to the multitudes of the starving Jewish people. And I was feeling the presence like I’m feeling now the presence of God. And all of a sudden the presence of God got so strong I knew that God wanted to heal people. And I said “Do not miss this moment of your visitation, God is here and God is healing people now try to do something you couldn’t do before and if you’ve been healed I want you to come forward.” Well, I got the shock of my life remember, there were about 100 in this back yard, 25 people come forward, I mean 25% of the people come forward. I never had a meeting like that in the United States so I was sure they missed understood because I was being translated into Hebrew. So I said “No, no I don’t want you to come forward if you want to be healed (That’s normally 25% of the people want to be healed) I said only if you know that you’ve been healed you’ve received your healing otherwise go back I’ll pray for your later.” No one went back they were all healed.

One man stands up and says “Twenty years ago I was in an automobile accident I’ve been in chronic pain every day since, I’m free” one person after another. And then this one Israeli that she was obviously unsaved you could tell just by looking at her and she said “I’m healed, I’m healed.” When I gave the altar call guess who was the first one that ran forward this Israeli. Then there was a beautiful Arab girl at this meeting. I talked with her later and we were talking about the land of Israel and I said “What is your position?” She said “My position is God’s position, I believe the Jewish people are entitled to this land.” And she said “But I have to tell you that was a very tough thing for me to come to” she lives in Bethlehem you know and she said “I wrestled, I really wrestled with God over this issue but it is in the word of God.” And then God spoke to me and God said “Would you rather be an Arab, or a Jew, or a daughter of God?” Let me tell you something you should have seen the smile on her face. “I’m so grateful to be a daughter of God.” You see a daughter of God and a son of God is obedient to the word of God and this beautiful young Arab girl was obedient.

As a matter of fact there was another Arab man there Pastor and he did something that was highly unusual he invited me to speak at his all Arab congregation in an Arab section of Haifa. And I accepted and so I went the next night to speak there and he said “Don’t get political” but he said “I want to see results like you had (He seen all of those miracles that’s why he invited me.) He said “I want to see those miracles so you do whatever God tells you to do so I had my freedom and I began talking and I felt like God gave me a revelation. And God said “He has seen the suffering of the Palestinian people and God hurts just like you hurt but God has a plan to bless the Palestinian people and His plan is found in Genesis 12:3. “God says He will bless (And see I didn’t realize that there were 20 unsaved Arabs in this particular meeting I found this out later.) And as I began talking about the blessings on the Jewish people and then the blessing the Arabs will receive by sharing the gospel with Jewish people I thought it was a brilliant message by God. Well one Arab guy get up and he runs out of building and he starts screaming at the top of his lungs that there’s a Mussad agent there, that there’s a Zionist in this place fortunately I couldn’t understand Arabic so I couldn’t get too afraid but you know in retrospect after the meeting I began thinking here I am in an Arab section surrounded with unsaved Arabs and I’m telling them to bless the Jewish people you got to be nuts Sid. But the Holy Spirit did it and the Holy Spirit protected me. And it came time for repentance I asked them to repent for cursing the Jewish people and you know what better than 80% of the people stood up and repented. And I had them say a prayer of salvation so with those unsaved 20 of which one ran out screaming so I’ll say 19 (Laughing) about 80% of them said a prayer of salvation. So I got really excited about that.

Then the next night I had a meeting in the Haifa area just outside of Haifa and a door opened it was so wonderful and so supernatural. This is what happened I found out about a Russian language radio show, radio station. We contacted them and they said that I could buy 30 minutes of time and say anything I wanted to say and it would be translated into Russian and it covers that entire area and it’s secular it’s not a Christian station. So I went there and we negotiated on price and he said “We can’t fit it in this weekend and I said “Wait a second we have two meetings this weekend I’m not going to so it unless you fit it in this weekend.” And so he thought for a minute and said “Okay I’ll do it.” But I didn’t realize how difficult this was because they had already… first of all they had no time open, second of all they put everything in the computer at another location so they would have to go to this other location pull a program out and then put my program in. So we did this program and let me tell you the anointing of God was so strong I shared my testimony and I invited these people to the miracle meetings that we were going to have in the Haifa area. And I told them about the miracles that happened in the Tiberias area, started sharing these testimonies almost finished the broadcast and the woman that was interviewing me for the broadcast start crying. And I thought “Maybe her heart is touched with what I’m saying.” And all of a sudden I hear the owner of the station on a loud speaker who’s been monitoring everything and he starts yelling at the person interviewing me because she was putting in her own interpretation of what was going on. Here’s what I found out later her job was to teach those Jewish people coming to Israel that didn’t understand Judaism, Judaism. And she said “Oh, I’m in trouble with the Rabbis for having interviewed you, having even been on this show.” But the owner of the station that was an unsaved Russian Jew stopped her from editorializing. And I have to tell you she asked me one difficult question because you see my grandfather’s father was a Cantor a leader in the synagogue of worship in Minsk, Russia. And she said “What would your grandfather the cantor said if you were so bold for Jesus as the Messiah? And I said “I can’t answer for him but I can tell you what my own Orthodox Jewish father would have said he received the Messiah.” And she was shocked anyway we’re out of time…

SID: Hello. Sid Roth here. Welcome to my world where it’s naturally supernatural. I knew Dr. Kenneth Hagan and he walked in extraordinary miracles. He found two prayers in the Book of Ephesians and he prayed them for himself over a thousand times, and then do you remember a few years ago there was a big thing from the Bible, the Prayer of Jabez. Do you remember that? Well my guest went on a search and study of the Bible to find the most supernatural prayers in the Bible and if it worked in The Prayer of Jabez, if it worked with the prayers of Ephesians, it’s going to work for you. Would you like to know these prayers? I would. You know, Mike Shreve told me something before we went on the air. He told me about what God has put in his heart about expectancy for this show. What is that?

MIKE: I felt this phenomenal anticipation that there’s going to be an excessive amount of miraculous manifestations globally when this program is shown. And I felt this for weeks. It’s been upon me when I prayed. It has gripped me with a season of fasting. And so I’m looking for incredible things to happen tonight.

SID: Me, too. Now you spent two years researching and studying the prayers of the Bible. What was the catalyst to get you to do this?

MIKE: Well back around the turn of the millennium, there was such a megatrend in the body of Christ of interest in The Prayer of Jabez, which is only 32 words long, one sentence.

SID: Right.

MIKE: It takes about 10 seconds to quote it, five phrases, five requests. All it says is, “Oh that you would bless me indeed, that you would enlarge my territory, that your hand would be with me, that you would keep me from evil, that I may not cause pain.” And I think the thing that resonated with people was how immediate the response from Heaven was. It just says, “And God gave him what he requested.” We’re never told what kind of supernatural things may or may not have taken place, just that God gave him what he requested. So what gripped my heart was this, that if that prayer should resonate with the body of Christ so profoundly, how much more the prayers that got a very intense response from Heaven. And so for two years I searched through the Word.

SID: But let me ask you this. On this Prayer of Jabez, I heard the most supernatural, amazing testimonies. So I think what you’re telling me, there are prayers with even greater responses that are available to us that we’ve never even thought about.

MIKE: Oh I believe The Prayer of Jabez was powerful and it’s something we should implement. But it never states that there was a supernatural response. So if that was important to study, it’s more important to study the prayers where there was a tremendous supernatural response. And when I began to go through those prayers, I noticed what I call power points, certain statements that were made, certain methods of approaching God that seemed to have a greater ability to capture the heart of God and bring a response. It changed my prayer life. I began praying according to those patterns, not in a methodical kind of way where I don’t believe formulas capture God’s heart. This is relational and you can’t get some kind of word formula that you quote and then manipulate God into responding to you. But there are certain kinds of prayers that God historically has responded to, so we need to learn from that.

SID: Okay. Let’s have an example. How about prayers from a famous rabbi, Rabbi Moshe Rabbeinu. Moses.

MIKE: I’m glad it’s Moses, because I wasn’t sure where you were going with that.

SID: That’s okay.

MIKE: I don’t think I studied with that one. But hey, yes, you shocked me, Sid, you shocked me. This was actually a point in Moses’ life where I believe he was crushed, he was disappointed, he was grief stricken, he was tired of people because he had done everything he could to usher them into the presence of God. And given a few weeks’ absence when he’s up in Mount Sinai receiving the extension of the Torah, they give themselves over to idolatry. And he comes down shocked to see them dancing naked around this idol that they’ve created. And so after he dealt with that, he went back to God. And now his focus, I believe, is more on God than on the people. And he says, “God, if I have found grace in your sight, show me your way that I might know you and that I might find grace in your sight.” And at first I thought, well that’s redundant, that’s repetitive. He starts out saying, “If I have found grace in your sight, show me your way that I might know you, that I might find grace in your sight.” And then I realize that he was saying, I need an extra application of grace. I need more grace, more anointing, more glory. I’ve got this responsibility. These people are depending on me. Show me your way, Lord. Show me exactly what you want me to do and I’ll know you, because where I find your work, I find your personality revealed. He says, “If I know your way I’ll know you.” And I believe that’s what we discover the character of God, in the works that we perform in his name. He demonstrates his character to others. But I learned that lesson of the Moses prayer when I was unsaved. I found out that you can ask God what Moses asked. Next he said, “Show me your glory, show me your glory.” And God responded to him and said, “I’ll make all my goodness pass before you and I’ll make the name of the Lord proclaimed before you.” And strangely, Moses says, “Show me your glory.” God said, “I’ll show you my goodness.” Back when I was unsaved, I didn’t know how to pray the prayer of Moses. But I got a letter from an old friend. At the time, I was a teacher of yoga and meditation in four universities. I was very deeply involved in far eastern mysticism. I had 400 students who thought I was their guru. I was spending 12 hours a day in solitude, chanting, doing meditation, doing yoga trying to find this elusive thing they call God consciousness. And then an old friend of mine wrote me a letter saying that you’ll never find God through what you’re doing. He said, you need to be born again and you need to accept Jesus as Lord of your life. So that letter initially, I rejected. I said, I cannot confine my belief system to one religion. It’s not logical. It’s more loving and wise to embrace all religions of the world. That’s what I thought. But that letter weighed on my mind until finally I said, I’m going to dedicate an entire day to Jesus and I’m going to ask him to reveal himself supernaturally. Now I might not have said, show me your glory, but in essence, I was saying, show me your glory. Because for 12 hours that day, all I did was read the Bible and say, “Jesus, this is your day. If you’re real manifest yourself supernaturally to me.” And that afternoon, I was on my way to teach a yoga class at University of South Florida and there happened to be a prayer group in town that was praying for me, 24-hour prayer chain. Somebody was praying for me every hour. Well one of the members of that prayer group was walking in the Laundromat two miles away from where I stepped out hitchhiking to go teach a class. And he said, the Holy Spirit spoke to him and said, “Get back in your van and start driving.” He didn’t know that the person he had been praying for, for over a month was standing there saying, “Jesus, if you’re the answer, give me a sign today.”

SID: Mike really got his sign.

MIKE: I got it.

SID: That guy must be one of the happiest believers on Earth. But I love that prayer of Moses. God, show us your glory. When we come back, oh God, show us your glory.

Sid: We want everyone everywhere to live and not die and declare the works of the Lord that’s what God wants. How can two walk together unless they be agreed. My guest Robert Inguanzo I’m speaking to him at his home in Lincoln Park, New Jersey. And Robert came from a drug addiction background instantly set free from the power of God; married to a pastors daughter the happiest man on earth; one child, second child on the way finds out he’s HIV Positive 99.9% chance his wife and children will be positive and will have AIDS. But praise God his children and wife were okay, but he’s dying literally dying from AIDS. And on yesterday’s broadcast you said you picked up a disease in which parasites were eating away from your brain, you got a virus in your eye what effect did this have?

Robert: Well the virus in my eye was called “CMV Retinitis” and they said that there was no cure for that disease and that I would eventually go blind. And Sid it got to a point where I really didn’t care anymore I mean so many things happened I was having everything at once.

Sid: There was no cure for this blindness?

Robert: No the only thing they could do was give me… I would have to go to the hospital every day and get these drips, medical drips, you know injections. That would only hold the virus so I wouldn’t go blind but I never got to that point. What happened was one day I’m laying in my bed and I really couldn’t take it anymore they were telling me I was going to go blind, I had to do this I had to do that…

Sid: Did they tell you how long you might live; what was your prognosis?

Robert: Right well the doctor had already sent me home they said that they told my pastor’s wife in fact they wouldn’t even tell me that I had about 4 months to live for her to prepare my family and everything for what was coming. And but she said “No she didn’t believe that that we had a God that could heal” and that because God had used her prophetically many times that he was going to use me and she just knew in her spirit that all of this was… God was going to take care of everything. And so I remember one day I’m laying in my bed and it got to the point where I just didn’t want to live anymore I said “Lord I don’t want my daughters and my wife to remember me in this condition I’m better off dying; the only thing Lord that I repent of is that I never did your will.” Because when I got saved at first and then the 10 years my wife would receive a word of knowledge that God was going to use me, my pastor’s wife prophesied to me that God was going to use me. And I always pushed that aside and yeah okay “I want to make money first be comfortable and then I’ll serve God.” And it’s so important Sid like you know that when God gives you a calling you have to respond when He wants not when we want. So when I told Him this, when I told the Lord this what happened was I was laying in bed my wife was downstairs and my kids went in school and there was like a lightning that started coming down; I would see it was like a lightning of fire and as I’m laying in my bed I couldn’t move, I couldn’t talk I just had a seizure so you know. I’m looking at this like lightning and when it touches my chest right in the center of my chest I feel like this big explosion, it’s like you got a big rock and you threw it in the swimming pool how it splashes, that’s how it felt. But it felt like fire fell it felt like my whole body from my feet to head it was a complete fire.

Sid: Now when you were set free from drugs you had a deliverance was there any thing remotely close to this fire at any time of your life?

Robert: No, no it was definitely different, it was definitely very very different. I remember after I was like drunk for a week. A little more than a week I was drunk I would be laughing, and I would be crying, and I would be…

Sid: And you wouldn’t be drinking anything.

Robert: No no of course not! (Laughing) it was better than drinking you know it was much better. I remember when that happened the next day when I woke up my skin was completely clear there was no nothing, no nothing no scars no nothing. It was…

Sid: But wait a second you had an infection on your skin that there was no cure for.

Robert: Right it was Yosophilic Folliculitis and there was no cure for that. And I have scars all over from scratching. I remember one time we even went to the beach and I couldn’t go in the water with my kids my kid’s would say “Come in – come in and daddy come in.” And I couldn’t go in because I was full of scars and that’s how it was. And I remember the next day all of my headaches went way and little by little it was like that. I remember I had to go to the eye specialist when I went to the eye specialist when he’s putting all of these machines you know how they do to check the eyes?

Sid: Yes.

Robert: And put drops in so that your eyes get you know so they can see inside. And I remember while he’s looking I hear him go like this “Humph.” And I’m surprised I go I asked “What’s wrong, what’s wrong?” And the guy goes Robert I don’t see the CMV Retinitis no more you don’t have it any more what happened?” And I tried to tell him what happened you know (Laughing)?

Sid: (Laughing) Did you know that you were in process of being completely healed?

Robert: Well yeah I did I did because when the fire first hit me I heard audibly the voice of God and He told me “Robert first shall come spiritual healing and then shall come physical healing.” And Sid at that time I didn’t know much about what spiritual healing meant but I did know what of course physical healing meant and that was the best part.   Remember I’m trying to get out of bed and being that I had seizures a little while before I really didn’t have to much control of being able to walk or anything like that. So I’m trying to go downstairs and call my wife but I couldn’t talk. So I’m taking step by step and I don’t know how long it took it took a long time to finally go downstairs in the kitchen and when I walk into the kitchen she looks at me and she gets scared because she doesn’t know what’s happening she’s watching me crying and crying and I can’t talk to tell her what’s happening. I’m saying to Lord “Please help me to tell her what’s happening look at her she’s so afraid of what’s happening to me.” And I hear the voice of God and He says “Robert if you get out of the way I’ll tell her.” And when He told me that I go “Lord of course do whatever you want.” How He told her was He took control of my mouth, my tongue and everything and He started talking through me it was like a prophecy but with a very deep voice and He would tell her exactly what He told me “First shall come spiritual healing, then shall come physical healing.” And He kept repeating and repeating it. Then He would tell us about the future and our ministry what we would do, what we had to do, where we had to go…

Sid: What was the best thing that He told you through prophecy about your future?

Robert: Well I remember one time a little before this there was 7 of us in my house in my living room and we were all praying, praying standing up praying. And I remember seeing like the smoke, the smoke started getting thicker and thicker like a cloud and it got thicker and thicker and thicker and thicker. It got to a point that I could not see anybody that was praying I could hear them but I couldn’t see them.

Sid: Had this ever happened to you previously?

Robert: Oh no never, never, never. It got the cloud got thicker and thicker. They could see me but I could not see them but I could hear them and I remember all of the fun and I start sensing and feeling the sweetness, it was such a sweetness that it was really I never felt anything like that. Even with all of the drugs I used I could never compare to anything of what I was feeling then. Not only the sweetness but a peace, it was a peace Sid it was a sweet peace, it was a beautiful peace. And I remember somebody saying to me “Robert, Robert what’s happening, what’s happening?” And all I could say, all that could come out of my mouth would be “Sugar.” Because I was trying to explain the experience I was having I was in the presence of the Holy Spirit. It was so sweet, it was so sweet. Then all of a sudden I see right in the cloud I see Jesus I saw Jesus with my eyes open and as I’m looking at Him I’m trying to probe something Jesus, Jesus and then I look at His chest and when I look at His chest I could see inside literally I could see inside His chest and I could see His heart. And when I look at His heart I could see drops of blood coming out of His heart, out of His heart. Then all of a sudden I start feeling this pain in my chest but I’m still in the presence with the sweetness and the peace and all of that but I feel this pain in my heart and it was the pain that Jesus was feeling. When I feel all of that I’m saying “Jesus what’s happening? What’s happened to you?” And He goes “Robert look” and when He said to “look” I could look all around and in the cloud you know it’s like the clouds disappeared and I could see 100’s and 1000’s of people and maybe even millions all around me, all around me and I go “Lord, Lord what are all of these people?” And the Lord said to me “Robert that’s my church.” I go “Lord all of these people, all of these are Christian’s wow, wow!” And He goes “Robert but look again.” And when I look again I can see inside those people and I saw the church, the condition of the church. Sid it was so sad that’s why the Lord felt that pain because of the condition of the church was so… it was like Christians only went once a week, Christian’s that didn’t hardly didn’t pray and I remember the Holy Spirit…

Sid: Robert we’re out of time we’ll pick up here…Mishpochah you’re going to hear about such a great  miracle of what God did with his AIDS condition and other miracles happening…

Sid: My guest by way of telephone is RT Kendall, I’m speaking to him in his home in Key Largo, Florida. RT is the former Senior Minister from Westminster Chapel in London, England. He holds a PhD from Oxford University. But as far as I’m concerned this book I’m holding in my hands is a key to have you change your whole destiny, your whole life. The title “Total Forgiveness” subtitle “When Everything in You Wants to Hold a Grudge, Point a Finger and Remember the Pain God Wants You to Lay It All Aside.” What did Oral Roberts say when he read this book?

RT: Well, I was almost overwhelmed. He said he’s 80 years old he said “It’s one of the best books that he’s read in his whole life and that if he had a choice between a fortune and this book he would choose this book.” Now that’s what he said. What has been so thrilling is to have endorsement of a man like Oral Roberts who’s on one end of the theological spectrum and then D. James Kennedy at the other end.

Sid: Well I’m going to read his quote “This is a book that should be read around the world.” D. James Kennedy.

RT: And then Tony Campolo has just sent in a endorsement that will come in a future edition and I was just thrilled at what he said “This is a book that crosses denominational and theological lines. Because I don’t care if whether you’re a Calvinist or a Charismatic nearly everybody that you’ve run into they’ve had some problem at sometime forgiving somebody.”

Sid: Let me ask you a question before time slips away something when I was just having conversation with John Arnott the pastor from the Toronto Church where I was speaking a few weeks ago and he was telling me about how forgiveness is a key for healing and he told me a story and something just exploded inside of me something I didn’t personally do that I needed to do. And that was before I was a believer and even after I was a believer when I sinned I repented and God completely forgave me and I knew it, however I really was beating myself up I hadn’t forgiven myself.

RT: Hm.

Sid: And I immediately when I found this key if you will I held up these sins that I knew I was forgiven for from the past, I knew that God didn’t remember them anymore and I asked God, I told God “I choose to forgive myself” and I could feel layers coming off of me.

RT: Well I have a whole section in the book “Total Forgiveness” on forgiving yourself.

Sid: Now tell me a couple of keys.

RT: Well the key is realized God wants you to forgive yourself and if God wants you to do it and you don’t forgive yourself you’re in disobedience. And it’s a form of self-righteousness as if you’re going to punish yourself for doing it, He’s not punishing you. What are you trying to do atone for your own sins…

Sid: (Laughing)

RT: For not forgiving yourself? So it’s a selfish thing we think it’s kind of unselfish but it’s the opposite and it’s counter-productive and another point of total forgiveness it’s not total until you have forgiven God, you’ve forgiven them, and you have forgiven yourself.

Sid: Now you know some thing that concerns me is that’s when you just said “Forgiving God.” There are many people that falsely blame God for circumstances that they’ve triggered by their own actions or the devil has done and it’s such a misunderstanding I don’t see how anyone in their right mind could be angry with God it’s a lack of knowledge that causes this.

RT: Well they have to forgive God nonetheless that he let it happen and a lot of people their bitterness is ultimately directed at God Himself they don’t realize it at first.

Sid: You have an acrostic in your Chapter 4 “Playing God.” It is sooo important, explain that.

RT: An acrostic is a word when you spell it it will summarize a premise a major point. For example this acrostic is need n-e-e-d so when you get ready to speak ask will saying this meet the other person’s need so you put it through:

First – Is it necessary?

Second – Will it encourage?

Third – Will it edify?

Fourth – Will it dignify that person?

Need – necessary, encourage, edify, dignify.

And if we can have presence of mind to remember those four things every time we open our mouth: Is it necessary to say this? Is this going to encourage? Is this going to edify? And will it dignify that person? We would say maybe 1/10 of what we might have said and it will help curve our tongue as much as anything I’ve come across. It’s just a little acrostic to say the Lord gave me that I don’t want to push it that hard but it certainly been a blessing to people and I’ve had people come up to me and say “That’s the best thing they’ve ever come across” to help them in their daily lives when they’re getting ready to speak to avoid the unguarded calm action “Will it meet a need in that other person? Is it necessary? Will it encourage? Does it edify and does it dignify that person?

Sid: You many times when I’m speaking I’m praying about the “What do You want me to say Lord?” I’m talking about when I’m speaking publically and then I’ll have a thought about something and then I’ll have an immediate thought “It doesn’t edify.” And I…even though what I saying is true I shouldn’t say it I get checked.

RT: Exactly. Well I think at the end of the day the ultimate proof that you’ve totally forgiven is when you ask the Lord to forgive them and bless them as though they didn’t do anything at all. And when you can say “Father forgive them” and mean it. You know Jesus didn’t say “I forgive you.” He said “Father You forgive them You let them off the hook.”

Sid: In other words when you say “Well I’ll forgive them,” but in our heart we hope God will send down His…

RT: Yeah.

Sid: His lightning on them. (Laughing)

RT: That’s it so when you ask God to do it He…one day it was kind of like the Lord said back to me RT do you really want me to bless them, you want me to bless them as though they didn’t even do anything? And I had to think “Woops hang on…second.” We sometimes say “Lord bless them but we hope He doesn’t.”

Sid: Well the ultimate to me is of course Jesus but the one that I’m thinking of is Steven he’s being stone to death and he saying “Don’t hold this sin against them.” How could he have even done that?

RT: You just touched one of my heroes. The key to the anointing of Steven that shine on his face he looked like an angel.

Sid: Right.

RT: He had totally forgiven those people he had totally forgiven them that’s why he had that anointing. And when they pray for people they say “Lord I just commit these people to you. That’s not good enough God wants us to say “Lord do forgive them, do bless them.” And that’s when they’re set free, we’re set free, we set God free.

Sid: RT we just have a couple of minutes left I want to redeem the time. The most important that the Holy Spirit could present on this subject please tell us.

RT: The way not to grieve the Spirit is never to point the finger. In my own personal life I read Luke 6:37 every day of the year “Do not judge and you will not be judged, do not condemn and you will not be condemned, forgive and you will be forgiven.” I read it every day because I want to be sure that every day all day long I do nothing to grieve the Spirit because I just want a greater anointing. And I know that when I speak against people, when I gossip, or when I point the finger the dove the Holy Spirit will flutter away it’s the last thing I want. So the bottom line to keep the anointing and to see the anointing increased it’s a lifestyle of total forgiveness.

Sid: That is the thought, we still have a little time but you know a big one that I notice RT is when someone hurts someone that I love I might take up a greater offense than the person they even hurt.

RT: You know Sid you’re about to open Pandora’s box right at the end of this week but I need to tell you the hardest time that I ever have in forgiving is when they’ve hurt our children. And we’ve seen eyes of our kids hurt I remember one day one Sunday and I looked at the congregation and there was a person that had hurt our daughter I mean hurt her deeply. And I thought “How dare that person come into this church like that.” And it was like the Lord said to me “Wait a minute you’re praying for revival. What if revival were withheld all because you want me to condemn that person?” And I just immediately it took all of grace I could come up with. It was like you know the story of Cory Ten Boone when she saw the man that had been so cruel to her?

Sid: I do but unfortunately we don’t have enough time.

Sid: Hi Sid Roth here with Larry Sparks and Larry has been studying revivals and there is a lot to be learned as far as anything they did we can do. And I believe that we’re so close to the return of Jesus we can even do it better. Tell me some of the things that you’ve learned about studying previous revivals.

Larry: Well first thing is I immediately I think of the Welsh revival there’s a man named Evan Roberts. This man was desperate for God. He was hungry to seek God he was hungry to see God move in his city and his nation in a powerful way. And the thing that we learn from Evan Roberts is that there is a need for perseverance. You know one thing that I read that he wrote is that “I said to myself I will have the Spirit,” and through all weathers and despite all difficulties I went to the meetings. He was constantly in atmosphere and environments where the Holy Spirit was moving he was constantly doing what he could to keep himself hungry. He said…and this is what gets me he said “For 10 or 11 years I have prayed for revival. I could sit up all night to read or talk about revivals it was the Spirit who moved me to think about revival for 10 or 11 years. Now I’m not saying that that’s always the case where we have to pray for 10 or 11 years but Evan Roberts tells us that there is perseverance that is needed to experience the breakthrough. As a result I believe that the Welsh revival, this man carried he prayed for this for 11 years and he saw over 11,000 people come to know Jesus.

Sid: But what about someone like Katherine Kuhlman what did you learn from her?

Larry: I learned from Katherine Kuhlman that there’s always more and that’s interesting to think because Katherine Kuhlman was somebody I wish I had known because here’s this lady who walked in unusual miracle healing anointing. I mean her healings here I go on YouTube I go on the computer and I watch them and her demeanor and her kindness and compassion it just it’s just amazing. And the miracles would just breakout in the presence of God. But I’ll never forget I watched her talk to the Student Body at Oral Roberts University and the first thing she said this to me was the secret of her ministry. The first thing she said as she opened in prayer is she said “God there’s no one here that’s hungrier for more than me.” And I thought to myself Katherine wait a minute your hungry for more, you’re seeing things that we desire to see, you’re seeing things these amazing miracles just popping left and right in those services, in those meetings and yet here she was saying “God there’s no one hungrier for more than me.” So how does that translate, what does that mean? It means that the God that lives inside of us is enormous He is huge, He is great! And Katherine recognized this Katherine knew this that the Spirit of God who lived inside of her was capable was capable of accomplishing anything. And she had stepped into a certain measure of anointing, of power, or miracles but she wasn’t satisfied she was wanting more. And Sid I believe there’s some listeners who are tuning and there’s a couple of categories and I think the Lord really wants to minister to just based on that word, just based on that word from Kathryn back in the 1970’s for those of you who feel like “You know what I’ve never experienced the filling of the Holy Spirit, I’ve never been filled with the Spirit, I believe in Jesus He’s my Savior but I’ve never encountered God. I’ve never encountered God like you’re talking about I believe the Holy Spirit wants to fill you. And I believe that those that have been filled with the Holy Spirit and maybe you’ve spoken in tongues, maybe you operated in prophecy, or gifts of the Spirit and I believe that there’s more. In the Book of Hebrews it talks about the elementary things of the faith has repentance and baptisms, baptism plural. And I believe that there are multiple baptisms we can experience in the Spirit. Yes we get certain gifts but I believe that there are so much more that we can walk in.

Sid: Larry tell me a contemporary someone now that is in the forefront of revival and what you learned from that person.

Larry: One person I actually gotten to spend a good amount of time with is Randy Clark and some of you may know Randy Clark as the evangelist God used to really help to ignite the Toronto Renewal Blessing. God’s used him in a powerful way in healing and teaching other people in activating them in healing ministry. What I’ve seen in Randy is 2 qualities 2 keys to sustaining a life of revival. We all want revival we all want the move of God we all want to experience God. And God wants to touch you but I also want to encourage you God wants to transform you and in Randy’s life I see these 2 keys that were humility and hunger. Now what does that look like? Humility recognizes that there’s so much more of God that I’m presently experiencing. And Randy was a leader he was a pastor, he was somebody as leaders and pastors it’s easy for us to think “Well even though deep down I’m hungry for God I don’t want to show it in front of my people, I don’t want that to be a sign of weakness no that’s the greatest strength because when you lead a church or ministry or people or Bible study and you’re hungry you’re leading them into the same place that you’re going. And that’s what happened with Randy he got hungry he had these dramatic encounters with God starting in 1984 where everything for him and his church changed. He had an impartation of healing and then his church became a place where God would move for moving. He had in 1989 he had another encounter and then God used him in a greater measure with words of knowledge and healing. And then finally I believe it was 1993 the Lord touched him in a very different way each encounter was unique and different but each encounter made him want more. And there was that humility that said “God I know that there’s more” and hunger which was that driving force that caused Randy to go to different places to interact with different people who were experiencing the move of God he was not to a point of arrogance to where he thought “I don’t need to go somewhere if God’s going to touch me He’s going to touch me wherever I am. Now sometimes we need to go somewhere because it demonstrates true desperation and hunger for God.

Sid: I’m feeling a presence of God and one of the things people say about when they read your book even though it’s brand new we’ve read the manuscript before it became a book that it stirs them up to such hunger for God. I can’t think of a more important thing. So would you pray for people right now that they’d be stirred up, that they’d be hungry for God?

Larry: Yes, yes. Father we thank You that there is more, thank You that every time that we go to the Bible and we look at Jesus we see that there’s more and we are just discontent living where we are. It’s not condemnation we don’t feel bad about where we are we get excited because we know wow God there’s so much more; so I pray for those that feel “You know Larry I want to be filled with the Holy Spirit right now.” I pray in the name of Jesus the people that are listening who desire to be filled for the first time ever Holy Spirit touch them from the crown of their heads to the soles of their feet fill them to overflowing, give them just a mighty baptism in Your Spirit. And I pray that it’ll be a deep and profound encounter God that they will live out of that they will be able to live their life out of that. And that God that it’ll be such a memorable moment that they will always have it as a reference point in their life. And for those you that think to themselves “You know what I’ve been filled with the Spirit in the past I’ve had an experience, I’ve been baptized in the Spirit but there’s something inside me that wants more; I’m not just content to just having this one gift or doing this other thing; I’m not content to wear a spiritual merit badge saying well I was baptized in the Holy Spirit now what?” The now what Paul says “Be filled with the Holy Spirit.” And the Greek means to be ever filled, there’s no end the increase of His government no end of the increase of how much Spirit of God can fill you in the earth there’s no end. So right now I pray for those of you who either you’re hungry for another touch or you’re just on fire and your just saying “You know what I’ll take as much more as God wants to give me.” Holy spirit I just ask You to release that in peoples rooms, in peoples cars wherever they’re listing God give them a deep and profound encounter God and bring them to that place of more or more; God that it just wouldn’t be a moment it just wouldn’t be an encounter and experience I pray for sustained measurable results that they would actually see life change on a continuous everyday basis because of these encounters that we’re praying for right now in Jesus Name.

Sid: …After all of these years and having such a hunger for God how do you still have a hunger for God?

Larry: I do that by just doing some very practical things and I’ve mentioned them but I have seasons and times when I feel my faith is dry I remind myself of what He’s done I listen to testimonies I watch testimonies, I read revival books, I crave stories about what God has done and what God is doing. Maybe some of the most powerful ones is I actually remind myself of my own encounters that I’ve had with God and just remind myself. And I ask Him I ask the Lord to take me back to that moment like smell the smells and hear the sounds and bring me back to that moment of encounter and remind me how powerful it was. Remind me truly of what I have living inside of me.

Sid: Is this the generation that is going to see the greatest revival the world has ever seen?

Larry: I believe it is, I believe it is because this generation…so many people look at this generation and say “It’s a fearless generation, it’s a reckless generation.” It’s a generation that I believe is wired to crave the supernatural and the problem is that if we as the church don’t give them the Biblical foundation of walking in the supernatural they are going to look for it somewhere else and we cannot…that must be illegal on our watch they cannot go to the New Age, they cannot go to the occult, they can’t go to witchcraft or what Hollywood has and all of the different places because the supernatural should be natural to every single Christian.

Sid: You heard yesterday how excited I was at the Days of Elijah Celebration, how about Dr. Michael Brown. He speaks reads or writes 12 Semitic languages a true scholar but deep in the Spirit. I want you to hear his heart in reference to the history, the sad history of what many call Christian anti-Semitism.

Dr. Michael Brown: How is it that in our day… let me read you something. In our day this last year June of last year a number of world Christian leaders representing major denominations wrote a letter listen to this:

June 2001 Christian Leaders representing church representatives ranging from Catholic to American Baptist, Anglican, to United Methodist, to reform church of America, to African Methodist Episcopal, to Evangelical Lutheran to, Korean Presbyterians, to Greek Orthodox, to Mennonite, to Moravian, to National Council of Churches USA wrote to Secretary of State Koln Powell and urged him not to recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s Capitol at this time.

How in the world? “We tremble to consider the destructive consequences that would follow the premature moving as called for by Congress of the US Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.”

Just got this by email a few days ago reported in the Washington Post July 23. Some Christian leaders wrote to President Bush among them professors from Wheaton College some of the finest Christian Schools in America. Evangelical leaders, leaders of prison fellowship, I’m talking about godly evangelical men and women, not just Christians in name only but people who would be well know the editor of the most major Christian magazine in the world. They wrote to President Bush “The American Evangelical Community is not a monolithic block and full and firm support of the present Israel policy.” They said prayly “Don’t get the idea Mr. President that all Evangelicals stand with Jerry Falwell and Pat Robertson and endorse Israel all the time; and you need to work much more on behalf of the Palestinians and don’t show such favoritism to Israel.”

What in the world is going on? I’m going to explain it in a little while but I want you to feel the weight of it and the reality of it because this is truth and you can’t just stick your head in the sand and say it didn’t happen.

About 10 years ago a Christian group asked me to come into Yale University and ask me to do an outreach and we felt to come in at a different angle and the angle was this. We asked the question, why is there anti-Semitism all around the world, what are the roots of it in history and today? And our answer was there is a diabolical demonic a devilish plot to destroy the Jews because the Jews special calling and the Messiahship of Jesus. That was the angle and we felt from the Lord to do that.

I got up and I lectured for about an hour and then we took questions maybe we had 70 or 80 people there but 30 or 40 of them were non-believing Jews mainly students at Yale. And one by one for about an hour and 3/4s they raised questions to try to refute my argument. One after another tried to come at it from every angle and in the end they ran out of arguments. One religious Jew came up to me and said “I’ve never seen the opposition so graciously dismantled.” It wasn’t that I was so brilliant it was that there’s something going on here. Think about it for a minute. Why is it that communist, who are atheist, have been known for Jew hatred, that the fascias, the Nazi’s who are enemies of the communist were Jew haters? Why is it that Islam is filled with hatred of the Jewish people and produces what we see today with suicide bombers blowing Jews up in the name of Allah?   How do you get that?

You can go to a country like Japan most Japan most Japanese people have never met a Jew in their lives and there has been bestselling books written in Japan during times of economic challenge in recent years saying that the problem in Japan is the economy is the fault of the Jew. And in the Middle Ages when people are dying of the black-death Jews were blamed and they said “They poisoned the wells.” They were slaughtered those that didn’t die were then slaughtered.

How is it you have Jew hatred in Islam and communism? How is it you have white supremacist in America, Ku Klux Klan type of people. White supremacy filled with racism and black supremacy who hate whites and they both hate each other but they have one thing in common they also hate the Jews and honor Adolf Hitler.

Then the same spirit, listen look at the media if you go around the world and watch CNN International, or BBC World News, or Star News International you get outside of America it’s even worse than in our country. You know what they refer to when a Palestinian blows himself up and kills children, mothers and young people, elderly people. You know what they call it? So called terrorism! The Palestinians who we pray for and love and while she’s saved and are friends of ours and involved in reaching out to them with the Good News of Yeshua. But here they are singing and dancing in the streets after 911 it’s a great day of celebration. And Israel calls for National Day of Mourning and the media sympathy is its Israel’s fault that 911 even happened.

How in the world is it? Why the intensity of the hatred and how did it even creep in among God’s people? There’s a reason for this, there’s something diabolical, there’s something demonic, there’s something larger going on! And none of the simple answers work, let me tell you first what happened in the church, and let me tell you why spiritually this is going on and then in the end bring you some encouragement.

Look down in Romans 11. Paul is speaking to Gentile believers and he calls them Gentiles it’s not an insult. But see Paul was dealing with the problem. You know after all the Jews were the favorite sons and daughters that got to sit and feast at the table now they’re outside and we’re enjoying the feasts. What are you going to begin to think? Their out, we’re in, their old, we’re new we have replaced them! They are no longer important they forfeited their role and we have now taken over. So Paul twice in the chapter warns them the end of verse 20 “Do not be arrogant but be afraid.” Then verse 25 “I do not want you to be ignorant of this mysteries brothers so that you may not be conceited.” This is what happened. Ignorance brought about insecurity and insecurity brought about arrogance and turned into Jew hatred even in the church or at least the so called church.

What was the mystery? Paul said “Israel has experienced a hardening in part until the full number of the Gentles come in.” In other words not all Jews have been hardened there is still a remnant it’s only in part and it is not for all time. In the end after this vast harvest of Gentiles has come in there will be a softening of Jewish hearts and a turning back of Jewish people to the Messiah. So the hardening is not forever and the hardening is not complete. In other words God is not finished with Israel, God has not replaced Israel. The Church is not the new Israel that has displaced the old.

An editor of a Christian publisher emailed me the other day we worked with him through the years and he said “Mike I just got a proposal by so and so.” I knew the man’s name he’s a fine Christian author, he’s written some excellent pieces. He said “Mike would you look at this proposal this is in your area it’s on the missing piece of prophecy.” I said “I’ll do my guest to get on it I’m busy I have other commitments but I’ll do my best to get on it and get back to you.” I was hoping to do so in a few days but I began to glance at the proposal within a couple of minutes I wrote him back “Run from this like the plague!” The whole thing was how the church has a misunderstanding of Israel and how the church stands with modern political Israel has nothing to do with end-time restoring Israel instead we need to stay with the Palestinians. And what happened was this man of compassion and care went over saw hardship suffering in midst of the Palestinian people didn’t understand the history of it, didn’t understand that has been a choice by the Arab world to leave them as a sore spot to make Israel look bad; it’s been a determined choice it never happened like that. Most Palestinian suffering is not the problem of Israel it’s the problem of the Arab world. I deal with that in “Our Hands are Stained with Blood” and nothing has changed with that within the last 10 years and just gotten worse. Of course we have compassion and pity on these people, but I couldn’t believe this guy too got it wrong. And now he’s got a burden to write about it. I’m not a alarmist trust me I don’t get all worked up.

But when the book came out in 1988 “Eighty-eight Reasons Why Jesus is Coming in 1988” I think He was coming back in September 12^th or something. Somebody said to me “Mike are you going to read the book?” I said “Yeah on September 13.” I don’t really care about the sensationalistic stuff and all of this but I’m telling you something is going on that is very disturbing and very distressing. And if you know history the question is why should we be the exception to the rule? Why should America hang on and do what other nations have not done? It’s very tenuous right now.

I tremble sometimes when I see what goes on in the White House you think that will affect the entire nation that will affect the world.

Sid: Will pick up right here on tomorrow broadcast.

Sid: We want everyone everywhere to walk in supernatural signs and wonders and I have just the man that God’s raised up on the telephone. I am speaking to Rick Taylor he is the head of the Healing Rooms of Santa Maria Valley, California where there has been a spectacular outbreak of the miraculous. Rick tells me that most people that have cancer when they go there they leave healed. Many of them have to go many times but his staff does not give up. As I understand it you encourage people, well some people feel that it’s a lack of faith if I keep going but you don’t look at it that way do you?

Rick: Well what we do we tell people we’ll contend for your healing and even back in John G. Lakes day you know John Lake contended and there’s stories of people that came 30 times to his healing rooms and on the 30^th time they got healed.

Sid: Now for those that are not familiar with John G. Lake why don’t you briefly tell us about his ministry?

Rick: Well yeah John Lake about 85 years ago had healing rooms in Spokane, Washington and during that time a 5 year period there were over 100,000 documented healings that took place in the city of Spokane.

Sid: Is it true that the doctors were upset with him?

Rick: Well you know the doctors did not like John Lake and the reason why is because they were going bankrupt.

Sid: (Laughing)

Rick: So many people were getting healed that it literally shutdown the medical industry in the city. And so they did not like John Lake.

Sid: Now he had…now this John Lake had a vision that the healing rooms would be spread throughout everywhere in the world didn’t he?

Rick: That was his vision, yes his vision was to see every city in the United States having a healing room and then eventually go around the world. Now he never saw that in his lifetime. What the Lord showed me is that you know sometimes you know it’s like a seed. A vision is like a seed it has to die and then go into the ground and it’s just the right time God perfect timing He comes and waters that seed and then that seed begins to sprout and grow and begins to produce fruit. And that’s what we’re seeing now 85 years later we’re seeing these healing rooms spring up all over the United States and even going around the world. We have in Germany alone we go there and visit every year they want to start 30 healing rooms in Germany alone.

Sid: Now to me it’s so spectacular because I hate this evil disease called cancer that most people with cancer they go to your healing rooms are being healed. Tell me about one.

Rick: Well we have a wonderful one I want to talk about a woman her name is Marty from Sacramento. She was from a background the church that taught her healing was not for today. She actually thought she was sick for God’s glory and I had to tell he “you know what “God is not gloried when we we’re sick, He’s gloried when we’re healed.” But she was telling me she had a brain cancer, and brain tumors and also spinal cancer and tumors. Doctors gave her anywhere from 3 to 6 months to live, gave her no hope. They said “We might be able to prolong a few months if we give her radical surgery which would have made her quadriplegic. She opted not to do that, she came actually to one of our healing seminars. As she listened to us for a day and half talking about the healing work and how God it is God’s will to heal. Not only is He able but He’s willing to heal. And as we began to unfold the truth you know that Jesus said “You shall know the truth and the truth will set you free.” And she began to hear the truth through the scripture Old and New Testament her mind set changed. And as our team was praying for her at the end of the seminar she said she felt like “Somebody lifted off the top of her skull and began to pour in room-temperature milk.” And she said “She felt that milk going down her brain, down her neck into her arm, down her torso all the way down into her feet. And she said “It was the most amazing feeling that she’s ever experienced; she said “This feeling lasted for about an hour and she just knew God was healing her. Well she made an appointment to go back and see her doctor, her doctor thoroughly checked her out and he cannot find a single cancer cell or tumor in her body anywhere. The doctor said “You know what you’re a miracle woman I can’t explain this and she told him it was Jesus, Jesus healed me.”

Sid: Rick put your wife Lori on I’d like to talk to her for a moment. I’m speaking to Lori Taylor Lori I want you to tell me a resent healing involving cancer that you’re aware of in your healing room.

Lori: Okay I had a woman named Mary she had breast cancer and it had gone into her liver. The doctor gave her 3 months to live and she’s been coming to the healing rooms for a few months now and feeling every time she comes that God does something. And now it’s been several months and it’s completely healed. And we prayed for her on Tuesday and she said “She just wanted to come in one last time and just have the finishing touches” and she’s just amazed she’s a Catholic woman. And it’s just wonderful to see God transforming life like that.

Sid: Let me speak to your husband one more time.

Lori: Okay.

Sid: Rick what about some other types of diseases like say Crones disease?

Rick: We had a woman named Jackie came to our San Jose training who had Crones disease. And I don’t know if you know what Crones is but it’s debilitating it…she could not walk any more. With a cane and somebody assisting her she can walk short distances. It’s also devastated her intestines and her digestive system.

Sid: Is there any cure for Crones disease?

Rick: Absolutely nothing you can do for Crones.

Sid: Hm.

Rick: And she could only eat very small portions of certain foods that were very bland. But anyway as the word was going out the healing word was going out something hit her and she began to feel better. And at the end of the training she walked up to me and said “Boy I could barely walk before with assistance but look I’m walking with this cane and sometimes I don’t even have to use this cane.” Well we prayed for her and then we went to lunch. Now this lady actually went to lunch with us and we went to a Chinese restaurant and we all ordered certain dishes and we had in the middle all of the different dishes where people would help themselves. All of a sudden this woman’s appetite came back after 30 years and she ate 4 plates of spicy Chinese food. God completely healed her digestive system.

Sid: Now that’s as acid a test that I know!

Rick: Yeah (Laughing) and then the strength started increasing in her body she was getting better and better and better as each minute was going on. Well we were walking out of the restaurant downtown San Jose and in the parking lot I hear a woman not walking but running; saying “look at me, look at me.” And as I turned around and looked it was Jackie she was running with her arms in the air tears streaming down her face she got to me she started jumping up and down and dancing. God completely, completely healed her, restored her she’s completely healed of Crones disease.

Sid: Tell me about that man that he was in his early 70’s and the doctors sent him home to die because he had bone cancer that was spread throughout his entire body.

Rick: Well it’s true the doctors said “There’s nothing else we can do for you you have 2 weeks to live” and he was in tremendous pain even though he was on morphine. His wife heard about us and they came to us and a team began to pray for this man. Now this man describes like it was like this, he was so intense he couldn’t stand it but as the team began to pray he felt it it started at his feet. The pain left his feet and he felt like something rolling through his body and all of a sudden up to his knees was pain free. And up to his hips and then actually all of the pain rolled out of his head and he was completely completely pain free. And that’s all we knew; all we knew was that God took his pain away which we were so thankful for. Two weeks later this man was supposed to be dead he drives himself up to our healing room by himself walks into my office dressed normally and perfectly. He said “Rick I have not had any pain since you guys prayed for me, I’ve got 90% of my strength back and I’m back at work and I’m playing golf with my buddies.”

Sid: And you know what is so exciting to me if God used you Rick to lay hands on the sick and they were healed I would be extremely excited, however I believe that you’re a fore-runner of the next and the greatest move of God’s Spirit on planet earth because it’s not going to be a superstar revival and healings, it’s so transferable. For instance you were telling he about this pastor from Isabella, California you laid hands on him or prayed for him and what happened?

Rick: Yes, well he came to us last week and he observed and then our team prayed impartation on him. And it is a transferable anointing God wants to see people healed more than we want to see them healed and we love to give it away. My favorite part of the ministry is going out and taking it and giving it away.

Sid: Listen you prayed for me as you may recall when we did a television show together and in the airport coming home I saw a woman walking with a cane next to me. I walked up and I said “Mind if I pray for you, lots of people are getting healed.” And she said “Please.” And I did and she was instantly healed it is a transferable anointing.

Rick: Wow, that’s amazing.

Sid: So what happened in that church is Isabella?

Rick: Well this pastor went back to his church and began to tell them what he experienced and then he invited those who needed healing to come forward and miracles broke out in his church. And ever since now he’s had meetings and midweek meetings also and people are getting healed and he’s never seen healing in this church.

Sid: Can you picture what’s going to happen when an army of people in this city take this healing anointing out in the highways and byways where it’s meant to be rather where it’s meant to be rather than the four walls of the church?

Rick: That’s so key to what God’s about to do. You know most of Jesus’ miracles were in the streets. And I tell my team “You know what God is bigger than any 4 walls of any church or any ministry and we’re seeing miracles here in Santa Maria in the shopping centers, in the restaurants, in the bank. We’re seeing them in Lens Crafters, in grocery stores, or our team is going out and just like you said laid hands on the sick their looking for them and their getting healed.

Sid: Do you find that the more people pray the greater the results they see.

Rick: You bet. That’s right…
